How does PAMM work?
The PAMM management account allocates orders from the main account to the sub-account based on the proportion of the sub-account balance. The number of lots that can be allocated to the sub-account is equal to the balance ratio between the sub-account and the main account, multiplied by the number of orders placed on the main account. Log in to trading software, the main account supports trading operations, and the sub-account cannot be traded, but the profit and loss and transaction history can be browsed.
The powerful PAMM functionality allows multiple trading accounts to be managed dynamically by a single money manager from a single Master account. Let’s see an example:
Let’s say now that more investors join and the performance is followed by a 15% return and then a loss of -20%. Here is what the pooled allocation would look like:
Using Notes for
PAMM
- Funds cannot be withdrawn from or added to the main account, but only from the sub-accounts.
- The spread mode and submission mode of the sub-accounts must remain consistent with the main account and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
- If you want to add or remove a sub-account, you need to log in to the member area and send a ticket, clearly noting your account information and questions. The account opening department will deal with it within one working day.
- When the main account opens orders, the number of lots allocated to the sub-accounts may be different if the balances between the sub-accounts are different.
- The main account partially closes the order, and the corresponding lots of the sub-accounts will be closed according to the proportion of funds. The lots of the unclosed positions will then be redistributed according to the current fund situation of the sub-accounts.
- Brokers or clients should accurately understand the PAMM distribution principle, and our company shall not be held responsible for any impact caused by unequal order distribution resulting from different account balances.
- Our company does not provide customers with any investment advice. If there are trading issues in the future, both the main account and the sub-accounts should actively communicate to resolve the issue. AUS GLOBAL shall not be liable for any loss or compensation for losses caused by market factors or personal reasons.
